Jim Cox
Jim Cox is a Co-founder of SEERhealth LLC and CEO of Medkinetics, LLC. Jim is a serial entrepreneur who has been creating software for over 30 years. For the last 12 years, his work has been focused on the healthcare industry through Medkinetics and specifically on developing world class software for credentialing, privileging and performance improvement. Jim is the author of numerous patents and is a graduate of MIT in Aeronautical and Astronautical engineering.
Patrick Birmingham
Patrick Birmingham is a partner and the Vice President of Operations for Medkinetics, LLC, as well as the founder of associated operation Payor Enrollment Services, LLC. Responsible for providing strategic management leadership, new product development, implementation, and consulting services, Patrick has 19 years of experience in hospital, managed care payor and physician practice operations management.
Prior to joining MedKinetics, he served as the National Director of Credentialing and Enrollment Services, for HCA, Physician Services Division, spearheading the design and centralization of physician credentialing nationally for all HCA employed physicians, including physician credentialing and enrollment with Federal and Commercial health plans. Patrick also served HCA in prior Managed Care roles as the Director of Managed Care for Mid-America and Southeast Divisions for HCA Physician Services.
Matt Gretczko
Matt Gretczko is a Founding Partner of SEERhealth primarily responsible for leading the development of the SEERhealth platform, initial client roll-out strategy, and ongoing implementation methodology. Matt has nine years of consulting experience, previously working at Deloitte where he provided global process redesign, technology implementation, workforce analytics, and change management services.
Matt’s most recent efforts have been focused in the Healthcare Industry providing expertise in the improvement of credentialing and privileging activities, healthcare quality assurance modernization, technology optimization, and operational development for large Healthcare Systems in the US as a member of Tenon Consulting.
Matt received his Bachelors of Science with Honors in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
Julie Peel
Julie Peel is a founding member of the SEERhealth team primarily responsible for developing client strategy and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, highly successful solutions. Julie has 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry helping a variety of organizations achieve their strategic, operational, and technical objectives. Her strengths lie in strategy formation, program management, business process optimization, functional analysis, and change management. Julie possesses an outstanding record of leading and delivering highly successful business solutions within the public sector, health services, medical staffing, financial services, and high-tech industries. She is noted for her pragmatic, results-oriented approach to ensuring client success. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in economics and business administration from Troy University, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in information technology management from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College.
John Damouni
John Damouni is a Client Partner at SEERhealth with responsibility for supporting the client relationship management implementation and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining the SEERhealth team, John held leadership positions at world-class service organizations including the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
John is noted for his expertise in implementing successful customer relationship management processes, as well as developing and sustaining strong client relations teams. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in Athens, GA.
Melissa Outlaw
Melissa Outlaw is a Founding Partner of SEERhealth and a Senior Vice President with Medkinetics, LLC. Melissa supports clients in benchmarking current internal practices, identifying potential efficiencies then driving the integration of technology with process improvement to reduce time of service and operating expenses.
Melissa’s more than 11 years of experience with Kroll managing North American Operations of pre-employment investigations and business intelligence, where much of their business was healthcare related, have been welcomed by our clients in the US and abroad. Her expertise in operational governance and understanding the complexities of primary source verifications will support healthcare partners in their efforts of effective, efficient and accurate credentialing and privileging as well as monitoring outcomes of their providers in a cost efficient manner.
